Job Title: Front of House (FOH) Manager

Location: Palm Beach

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year + Health Insurance

Benefits: PTO after 1 year (1-2 weeks), free parking

Hours: 45-50 hours per week, 5 days/week.

Start Date: ASAP

Overview: A fine dining restaurant located in Palm Beach is seeking a dynamic FOH Manager to oversee guest relations, manage the floor, and maintain exceptional hospitality standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who can build strong guest relationships, and make every guest feel at home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead guest relations with a focus on personalized, high-standard hospitality

• Run floor operations during service, ensuring smooth dining experiences

• Maintain rapport with guests, making them feel welcome and valued

• Act as a coachable team player, supporting and guiding staff

• Handle back office duties, including scheduling, ordering, and reporting

• Assist in managing private events and parties

• Uphold a culture of excellence and attention to detail

  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience in fine dining (server or management) preferred

• Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable demeanor

• Ability to recognize and cater to regular guests

• Desire to grow and evolve into event and private party management

• Reports to AGM and GM
