Position: Floor Manager

A high-end steakhouse located in Miami Beach known for their unique blend of Mexican cuisine are seeking an experienced and dynamic Floor Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a passion for fine dining, and a commitment to delivering an amazing guest experience. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dining room, ensuring a memorable experience for the guests.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the dining room staff.

• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service.

• Manage reservations and seating arrangements.

• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.

• Monitor and maintain the ambiance and cleanliness of the dining room.

• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.

• Oversee inventory and manage supplies.

• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

• At least three years of experience as a Floor Manager or in a similar role in a fine dining establishment.

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
