A world-class and luxury private club in Hallandale Beach is hiring!

Position: Floor Manager with experience in high-end service.

If you're passionate about providing exceptional service, eager to learn and grow, and ready to take on new challenges, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations with a focus on delivering outstanding service

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with members

• Train and mentor team members

• Prepare monthly inventory and manage ordering

• Oversee a small beverage program with 25 wine labels and 4 cocktails

• Ensure smooth operation during daytime food service, including salads, sandwiches, and specials

• Opportunity for growth and advancement, especially with the opening of new restaurants

• Evenings off/two days off schedule

Requirements:

• Experience in high-end hospitality preferred

• Willingness to learn and grow

• Knowledge of beverage management and inventory

• Ability to work with high-profile clientele

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Cash handling experience
