Responsibilities:

You will provide the company with professional expertise within the framework of a business partnership, allowing you to develop your company by managing one of our hotels.

Missions:

• Preparing the annual budget and setting room rates, in accordance with the pricing policy defined in the agreement.

• Overseeing daily hotel operations, including guest reception, reservation management, room and breakfast preparation, cleaning, and orders.

• Implementing local marketing strategies, including analyzing sales and occupancy rates, local advertising, and signage.

• Managing daily maintenance tasks, such as handling breakdowns and overseeing small repairs.

• Handling accounting responsibilities, including maintaining the hotel’s operating account using hotel management software.
